1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the Zoornament platform (zoornament.com), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable sports regulations. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not access or use the platform.

2. Platform Services & Tournament Management

Zoornament provides web technology for organizing, tracking, scoring, and displaying highflying pigeon duration tournaments. We serve as a technology provider. Official tournament organizers and appointed referees are responsible for field verification, loft inspection, and rule enforcement.

3. Fair Play & Anti-Tampering Policy

Platform integrity is paramount. All participants, players, and organizers agree to maintain fair play standards. Any form of ring tampering, unauthorized bird substitution, false timestamp entry, or referee collusion will result in permanent platform suspension and public record disqualification.

4. User Accounts & Responsibilities

Account holders (Admins, Editors, Scorers) are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their credentials and all activities performed under their account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized account access.

5. Intellectual Property

The Zoornament branding, logo, custom duration scoring engines, and UI design systems are protected by intellectual property laws. Users retain ownership of individual loft/animal photos uploaded to the platform while granting Zoornament a license to display them for tournament promotional purposes.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zoornament shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from weather delays, bird loss during flight, or referee disputes occurring in local physical competitions.
